VISION

The vision of the Ferris Area of Shalom is to enliven, enhance and involve the Ferris community by improving its housing, financial, educational and spiritual status, using our multi-cultural resources to become empowered to determine our own future.

MISSION

Ferris Area of Shalom is a coalition of community groups, businesses and churches organized to help our neighbors and community at large become whole by: implementing housing rehabilitation, increasing our citizens' entrepreneurship opportunities, supporting spiritual development, and promoting community involvement, all to enhance our community's standard of living.
